Changelog
Product news and feature updates.
Whalesync can now automatically create tables in Airtable!
E.g. Connect a Webflow Blog Posts collection and create a table in Airtable with all the same fields!
To auto-create a table in Airtable simply:
- Select the table in your other app.
- Select "Create new table" in the Airtable dropdown.
- Choose the fields you want auto-created.
This saves a ton of time when setting up new tables to sync! No more manually creating tables and fields one-by-one 🪄
For the full breakdown, check out our docs.
The Attio connector is live! Now you can 2-way sync Attio with tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets. Plus all our other connectors.
Attio is already one of the most powerful and fastest growing CRMs in the world. Now with our Attio connector you can now view and edit Attio data from a flexible spreadsheet (like Airtable).
Attio Supported Objects and Fields:
(Deals and Workspace Members objects are coming soon!)
One of our most highly requested features ever is now live - sync filters! You can now set filters that determine whether records will be included in your sync.
For example, here Whalesync will only sync records where the Type is "VIP", Email is "john@whalesync.com", and Job contains "operations".
Note that filters only apply to new updates. Adding a filter will not impact any of your existing data. Instead, it will just determine what records sync or don't sync going forward.
To learn more about sync filters check out our docs.
One of our biggest updates yet: Whalesync now supports record matching. You can now merge existing records across platforms as part of your initial sync. For example, if you already have data in HubSpot and Airtable, Whalesync can match up those records, making it easy to integrate without duplicate entries.
For more details, see our docs.
The Google Sheets connector is live! You can now set up two-way syncs between Google Sheets and other Whalesync connectors like Webflow, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Syncing with Google Sheets means:
• Real-time updates across platforms
• Dashboards that stay up to date automatically
• Streamlined collaboration for your team, with less manual work
Supported fields include:
• Text
• Numbers
• Percentages
• Dates
• Currencies
• Dropdown
• Checkbox
For details, see our quick start guide and template packs.
The Outreach connector is now available. You can set up two-way syncs between Outreach and other Whalesync connectors like Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, and Postgres to streamline your sales workflows.
Supported tables include:
• Accounts
• Companies
• Prospects
• Opportunities
