Integrating Airtable and Notion

Airtable and Notion are two of my absolute favorite no-code tools. Notion is an incredibly flexible wiki whereas Airtable is the easiest way to manage data. While they have plenty of similarities and differences, sometimes you simply need both. This is where data syncing comes in!

Below we'll walk thru a step-by-step guide on how to integrate Airtable and Notion. Using Whalesync, you can set up a two-way sync between the two tools within a few minutes.

How to Sync Airtable + Notion with Whalesync

1. Create New sync

2. Select your first app - Airtable

3. Paste your Airtable base sharing link

4. Authorize with Airtable OAuth

5. Save your first app

6. Select your second app - Notion

7. Click on Authorize

8. Authorize your Notion pages

9. Click on Save connection

10. Add your table mappings

11. Click on Create Table Mapping

12. Add your fields

13. Save and Exit

14. Start Initial sync

15. Check sync preview

16. Activate your sync

17. Congratulations! You've now successfully synced your Notion and Airtable base 🎉
