Changelog
Product news and feature updates.

Automap has been one of our most popular features since we launched it years ago. Previously, automap worked by mapping fields where the names matched exactly. This saved a ton of time when those names matched up, but if they didn't you couldn't use the feature.
Today the automapper got an AI upgrade ✨. Automap now uses AI under the hood to map related fields. For example, "Twitter followers" will get automapped to "twitter_follower_ count".
Hope this saves you some time!

We’ve made the Postgres connector available to everyone on the Solo tier 🎉
This makes it even easier to sync your database with the rest of your stack. You can now connect Postgres to apps like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, and more all without upgrading plans.
Whether you’re syncing internal tools or keeping dashboards up to date, Postgres just got way more accessible.

Whalesync can now automatically create fields for you in Airtable without ever leaving the table mapper!
Simply click "create new field" and Whalesync will create it for you in Airtable. One more step in making configuring a sync even easier :)
Over the next few weeks we'll be rolling this feature out to other connectors as well.

Sync Status is where you can see what your sync is doing at any given time. We redesigned it to be easier to understand.
Now Sync Status gives you insight into what each connector is doing in addition to the overall sync. You can hover over each connector to get more details like when the next full scan will take place.
We also added a "run full scan now" button so you can kickoff a full scan manually.

Whalesync now syncs data into Airtable up to 10x faster!
For the more technical folks out there, we now use Airtable's batch APIs meaning we can push updates to Airtable in batches of 10 (rather than 1 at a time).
We've been taking advantage of this speed improvement internally for the last few days and it feels significantly different. We hope you enjoy!
